Finding a control inside a Repeater control: using itemcommand

with one comment

How does one go about creating a button inside a repeater control that works individually with each repeater you ask?

Something so easy shouldn’t be so hard! It took a little bit of struggling but finally found a nice article for what I wanted to do.

  1. very cool. So, basically, you set the itemcommand property and then use findcontrol in the event of ‘onItemCommand’ …to find your control within the repeater control and then you can access it’s properties. very nice.
